Kristen Radge’s art practice responds to her experience of entering new sites as a post-colonial settler on traditional Lands. Discourses of disruption, touch, encounter, and trace are key components she considers with her onsite practice in connection to the Australian context of Country.
Kristen will be at the gallery on Saturday 25 June providing insights into her art making process in an informal talk. During her time at the gallery, she will also be mark making on eco dyed cotton fabric from her current research on Barkindji Country in Menindee NSW.
